Where Psychology Meets Practical Progress
Brandon Martin
I believe in clarity before action, evidence over hype, and evergreen insights.
I was shaped by diverse communities as a young man and have carried their lessons with me through my personal and professional life, seeking opportunities to introduce others to the same support that I was fortunate enough to experience. I travel throughout the Oklahoma City Metro to meet with individuals and businesses about their coaching needs.
I’m deeply passionate about connecting people and communities to resources that facilitate what matters most to them.
I know that change can be scary, but there’s power in fear. I’m no stranger to this feeling. I didn’t navigate it alone, and neither should you.
I aim to measure what matters, build momentum you can see, and keep performance aligned with your values, energy, and vision. Whether it’s yourself or your team, I want to ensure that you’re stronger without making you dependent on me.
I design inclusive environments where diverse voices improve decisions, speed, and execution, because inclusion is a performance advantage, not a slogan.
Confidentiality is a top priority. Coaching is not therapy; when clinical support is appropriate, I refer to licensed providers and stay within best practices.
Regarding education, I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor’s in Marketing Analytics from Wharton School of Business, and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. This academic background is coupled with years of intentional focus on personal growth.
If you want a partnership that’s steady, practical, and honest, with everything to offer and nothing performative, let’s put it to work.
